ITI Training Courses

Two Private Industrial Training Institutes ( ITIs ) are functional as sister concern of NCSM Foundation

Pragati Private ITIs are located at Berhampur , Murshidabad District & Krishnanagar , Nadia District having two independent set up , affiliated by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT), New Delhi and recognized by the Directorate of Industrial Training , Government of West Bengal under the Department of Technical Education , Training & Skill Development Department , West Bengal. The NCVT Affiliation of the Trade courses of both the ITIs by NCVT, Govt. of India is furnished below

  • Berhampur, Murshidabad District
    NCVT Affiliation No. DGE&T-12/1/2011-TC (from 30 June 2011)
  • Krishnanagar, Nadia District
    NCVT Affiliation No. DGT-12/1/2015-TC (from 25 August 2015)

Both the IT IS are conducting Industrial Training Program under Craftsmen Training Scheme ( CTS) to ensure a steady flow of skilled workmen to the Industries / Establishment towards wage Employment.

List of documents required at the time of admission to ITI

  • Latest Passport size photograph( 05 copies)
  • Photocopy of marksheet and Certificate of Madhyamik Pariksha/Equivalent exam.
  • Photocopy of Caste certificate
  • Photocopy of Aadhar
  • Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner

Age of the general candidates: Minimum 15 Years and NO UPPER AGE LIMIT

Selection of the candidates: Candidates are selected purely on merit basis on marks secured in their prescribed qualifying examination

Placement

  • Training Program is planned for different Skills. Thrust is being given for the Trainees to impart practical training by the expert trainers from Industries.
  • The Trainees are exposed towards soft skills Almost all passed out Trainees are placed at different companies in Public & Private sectors e.g Indian railways , Ministry of Defence , M/S Honda Motors , Maruti Suzuki ( I) Ltd ,WBSEDCL/WBSETCL and different reputed companies
